Mr. Lothrop Richards is the Program Manager for Syscom Architecture Development and Integration Environment (SADIE), SPAWAR, Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Richards spent the beginning of his career in the private sector working at various Fortune 500 companies and has since been working for the Department of Defense (DoD) as a civilian since 1996. Mr. Richards started his career as a Computer Scientist and has progressed into a Program Manager role over the past 14 years. His experience includes work in databases, software development, architectures and IT technologies which has made him a well-rounded individual in SPAWAR.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Fordham and various levels of certifications acquired over the years in many various technologies.
