Mr. Michael Bordick is currently the Chief of the Architecture and Integration Branch in the Communications and Information Directorate of Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). He is responsible for AFSPC’s Enterprise Architecture and also leads the command in its data integration efforts across both the Air Force Space and Cyberspace domains.
Throughout his 19 year career, Mike has provided AFSPC customers with communications and information required to perform the mission. He enabled Air Force’s Military Satellite Communications capability by organizing, training and equipping airmen with the tools necessary to manage, operate and maintain that capability. He also provided the satellite operations mission with the communications required to manage its eight operating sites around the globe. Now he is focused on providing the Air Force with Cyberspace superiority capabilites through his efforts to integrate network defense, command/control, situational awareness and information sharing across air, space and terrestrial network layers.
Mike has a BS in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MSEE from Pennsylvania State University.
