Todd Slaughter (L-3 Communications) is a Lead Software Engineer, Data
Warehouse Developer for the Army Integration and Management Division, Data
Management Branch. Todd has assisted in the development and implementation
of the Capabilities Architecture Development and Integration Environment. He
has been a valuable contractor and member of AIMD since 2009.
